charged for 2 teacakes but only had one. terrible attitude from staff. no pouring cream, given whipped cream for coffee. dirty tables on arrival. only two small butter for the teacake although they had charged us for two cakes. charged again for extra butter, refused and refunded.Whats going on Costa??

Making a coffee with your hands and fingers around the drinking edge of the cup is a definite no no to me, very unhygienic won't be going there again when mentioned, was told that's how you do it.

My vehicle details was correct, staff stated they wasn't. I waited half hour for my 2 drinks. Staff said I hadn't I showed them when I makered myself arrived and offered proof from vehicle tracker. Was not impressed to be called a liar.

What lovely staff members!!The gentleman (Ronnie?) who served us noticed my daughter was wanting to try something she'd not had before but was anxious of doing so (she has autism) and when given the choice changed her mind back to the comfort of her usual order. He kindly made her usual order and then a sample size of the one she was considering so she would know for next time!It's such a little kindness but very much appreciated. Thank you.Kid-friendliness: As my comment states, it's exactly this kind of service that makes life with any child easier!

The products, as most know, are great! The customer service...not so much! It wasnt overly busy, and we were served today by a middle aged women whose name tag said "Trivena" but whose receipts pointed to a "Kim". Trivena ignored us for a good 12 minutes while chatting, before taking our order and telling us "YOU won't have a Costa card" before marching away! I have a couple of tattoos I suppose, and my partner is disabled, but unsure why the likes of us wouldn't have a reward card! She then proceeded to not put the lid on a drink, which poured all over us and not once offered a paper towel or apologised. So no, this place may serve decent food and drinks, but we won't visit again thanks to rude, negligent and abrasive staff.

Pleasant surroundings, hot chocolate can be an issue, depends on who's serving but they are fine about changing your order if necessary.

Good little Costa, gets very busy at times and popular with shoppers at Wheatley Hall Road. Flat white was spot on, the food was cooked well (not burnt) and the cakes ? were nice and fresh.The tables were clean and tidy, the staff friendly and service was fairly quick.Toilets ? are on the 1st floor, at the back of next. There is a disabled toilet and baby change room there for use. Fairly spacious.All in all a good trip and as expected from Costa ?Thanks for having us ?Wheelchair accessibility: There is a lift at the back of next to get to the 1st floor where Costa is located.
