Don't usually have a problem but ordered two lattes today, one of which were decafe. The decafe was very strong but the normal latte you could hardly taste the coffee in it.

Don't like ground coffee,it doesn't matter where I've tried a ground coffee it all taste the same ...yuk...shame they don't sell instant coffee like Nescafé,Kenco,or Douwe Egburts...Not every one likes ground coffee.

Very rude staff appalling service. The staff are very young and have a very poor attitude towards customers especially the lady that served my drinks to me it was awfull the way that she spoke to me full of attitude I would not expect my own children to speak to me that way. Will never go in there again

Flys everywhere disgusting considering we are eating off there filth!!!!! Teenage kids shouting screaming at your window seating area, it's feels like a fight could break out!!!!!! Security police where are they!!!!!!!! Have requested on two occasions now a decaffeinated drink and have been served caffeinated!
On both occasions it has led to me suffering a very fast heart rate, irritability and an inability to sleep.
I didn't realise at the time of preparation that decaf comes in a separate sealed bag so when the barista prepared the drinks I assumed it was decaf.
If people ask for decaf it is for a reason! Which could be medical!
All staff are young and a lot appear immature, there doesn't appear to be a responsible adult behind the counter at all!

Free drink shouldn't mean half the amount half the effort and no offer of cream or marshmallows which I would gladly have paid for!
