Ridiculously slow delivery. I can order from China and get deliveries before these guys even ship. 7-30 days minimum. So even things that were in date are well past when they arrive. I use a lot of best before sites, and this one charges the most for shipping, but is the absolute slowest to ship.They replied to insult me... read full comment

Paid an extra tenner for next day delivery but it didn't come for a few more days. Order 2 mystery boxes yet both were almost identical and full of absolute rubbish! What am I supposed to do with 500 sachets of mustard ??

I have had many excellent, good value deliveries in the past but am feeling very let down by customer service now. I placed an order on 12th July. Money came out on the 17th July.
