Went in to sell some stuff I was getting rid of. From the start it was explained what they could and couldn't buy. Mitch's customer service was fantastic and the staff were all so friendly.

Store need more selection of GameCube, Original Xbox and PlayStation 3 games. A lot of the game are badly damage in the game cases.

they must not check anything, had a phone that doesnt charge, a switch that wouldnt turn on and over the years plenty of scratched discs.im sure they count on customers not coming back to get refunds when the items end up not working, good luck to any collectors trying to buy retro/older stuff as it probably wont work

Appalling store they don't like to accept goods unless they are in practically perfect condition. They try and downgrade your goods to pay you a fraction of its worth then sell it for three times what they pay you. I guess they don't understand what second hand means. They won't take a controller with supposed stick drift but when I bought one from them I could not use it because the drift was so bad.Most of the staff look like they'd rather be somewhere else and they dress messily and have greasy hair.If you want a fair deal on your goods go elsewhere.
