“My Honda CR-V was in for wheel alignment, I had previously taken it to F1 autocentre, they had 3 attempts to sort the tracking & they actually made it worse, so i requested refund from them & took it kwik fit where i knew they had hunter hawk eye wheel alignment. I'm really pleased I did as Jaime at your Wheatley branch, has managed to get it right 1st time, the car no longer drifts to the left & the steering wheel is now bang on centre, that was my original complaint that F1 were unable to fix. He showed me on the screens what was out of alignment & once corrected he showed me again, I also received a print out of the adjustments made, the car now drives much better, it wasn't cheap but after 3 wasted visits to F1 autocentre, I guess you get what you pay for.”
