Going to eat into this store is really uncomfortable. There's no air conditioning in this store, if anyone with a heart condition, they'll probably have a heatstroke, it's way too hot, and unacceptable condition, very disappointed.

I visited this restaurant to eat some dinner but I recognise the food is not for me. I can't customise my sandwiches. I was surprised that I could buy an Energy drink that is not healthy. The atmosphere was really old fashioned and not too welcoming. But the staff was really friendly. I was happy with the plenty of free parking.

I've just had the pleasure of being served by Kaitlin at your Doncaster Dome Branch at the drive through.
What a happy friendly young lady!
Her customer service was wonderful. Very natural and funny which is a breath of fresh air .
As a Retail Manager, someone as happy and friendly as Kaitlin working face to face with customers is what I love to see.
I regularly use this branch and I've never had anyone who have been anything less than friendly and seem happy in their work.
Kaitlin, thankyou for being naturally funny aswell as friendly and professional don't change !

There were no desk staff around ON 1.3.25 when I made the £33 order on the kiosk machine and my coupon didn't work. I asked the manager for a refund before the food had been made, as I was out of pocket and the manager refused and explained it was because I had ordered through their kiosk machine. The issue was her bad attitude which as unnecessary where by I was calm and polite. It said LOIS on her name badge. She was was SO rude it was unbelievable. Certainly the rudest manager I have ever met in my time on this planet. When the food came it was cold, but I didn't want to speak with the manager anymore as she was UNAPPROACHABLE. It was an entire WASTE OF MONEY and the worst food experience I have ever had.

The food was perfect nothing could go wrong. They had the band oasis playing in the kitchen i met liam gallagher and noel so atmosphere was great and the service was unbelivable. Never known any service like it. They brought me the food on a uncleaned tray and then when it got brought to my table tbey smashed it onto my table and tbe chips went everywhere. Wouldnt recommned if your going there for service.

Ordered a delivery at 20:30.. time kept being moved and moved.. finally by 22:50 app changed from preparing to delivered.. food delivered from here is either stone cold, wrong order, or simply doesn't turn up... Don't recommend at all.. shame as the food is good if you walk in to get food there in person

Personally I was not impressed by the Angus burger. For the price, at over £10 for a regular meal it was rather tasteless. The chips on the other hand, were tasty so were the chilli cheese bites. Next time I go I will just get chips and chilli cheese bites.

Me and my girlfriend went to the drive through after she travelled back from seeing family down south, she fancied a Burger King so we went as a treat. For £30 it was the most disappointing takeaway experience I?ve ever had. The only thing about the order that was right was the drinks and sides. The burgers were completely wrong. She ordered chilli jam beef burger with bacon and I ordered a chicken one with chilli jam and no bacon.
She got a BBQ whopper with no bacon and I got a chicken royale with bacon ?
Just disappointed, 0 customers in store so that to me displays 0 care and drive to deliver a service. I feel like we were given pre made food and they couldn?t be bothered actually cooking our order.
Thing is the staff seemed lovely and I don?t want it to seem like I?m just laying into them, I?ve worked in fast food and know how stressful it can be. But that wasn?t just a little mistake we got completely different burgers

Super fast service from the one true King!!
Perfect Whopper as good as always, NHS discount applied easily, making this a more viable option than Maccies.
