Had a great experience this afternoon with a No7 lady who helped my teenage daughter buy makeup. She was lovely and patient and really made the whole process easy. Thank you for being so kind to us, we really appreciated it.

The chemist is the worst! Yes, it is busy sometimes, but that shouldn't matter. Staff are rude and miserable looking.
They have a big queue of people and serve like 4 people, then walk off back to the counter to pack prescriptions, leaving customers standing waiting to be served, takes far longer than it needs to!
Customers stood all around the chemist area rather than in an actual queue, so customers are pushing in!
You need a customer service assistant to work solely on the till rather than staff back and forward doing prescriptions and selling items.

Really good experience here. Large shop, good parking and I had a really pleasant and helpful member of the Boots team help me out with some questions I had relating to products for my wife. Not always the easiest conversation for a guy to have but she put me at ease and helped explain about the product, some alternatives and how it would help her.

Bit disappointing rather ill and dragged myself out to pick up my prescription from the pharmacy- To be told that they close everyday for an hour for lunch. Fair enough everyone has the right to lunch but put it on your website - I?m not relishing the prospect of 45 minute wait and then what looks like the usual chaos that is the car park

Am I the only person who does not use self service tills . This now seems to be the only option. I am more than capable of using the self service till, I do not need someone to help me .I do not work in Boots , I would prefer the company to provide the service.
I have been told that it releases more people to be on the shop floor at Christmas so I asked if the tills would return after Christmas ? but of course the answer was no.

Had a problem with my husbands glucose testing machine. Although they don't test the lady in the pharmacy on Sunday 14th April, found me the phone number for his machine and told me what to do. She couldn't have been more helpful. Thank you

The pharmacy team are super friendly and helpful- if you can actually get through on the phone! Nightmare trying to ring up to see if my medication is in stock- I always double check it's open and it just rings and rings and rings.....Really frustrating! I can't drive directly to the pharmacy everyday to see if something is in stock. The phone lines aren't down- please sort this out!

Why list a phone number for the pharmacy when they can't be bothered to answer the phone? Judging by the comments on here about the pharmacy, it needs to be sorted out.
