Staff are so rude! How are the managers not reacting to it? They are present when their staff swear. Avoid at all costs.

The staff are so so Rude because of the rudeness i close my account and I?m going to Sheffield Battleys. am sure manager is aware of this problem but they don?t care in any way managers are getting wages. Never ever go there again

Recently visited batleys doncaster, staff customer service was absolutely diabolical, never been spoken to as rude in my life and was turned away when the country is in a state of crisis and families are going hungry... absolutely disgusted

They are a good cash and carry but the new system they have introduced where you have to pay at one checkout is a shambles !!! If your in a hurry and have to open soon its not a good idea to shop at batleys because by the time u have got served its too late .ITS SO SLOW ! the computers are slow as well as the staff ,they should leave things as they were.
