Purchased some worktop but wasn?t advised at the time that you had to purchase the edging tape as an extra! Kitchen has now been delivered and with it being end of line, struggling to get the edging tape! When met by a staff member in the Kitchen department, it would be a good idea if they asked you about this item to complete the kitchen! Not happy.

Quite a good stock of products, drove 30 minutes and was there at 7 am so not many customers at all but was told they can?t get the product I was asking for off the top shelf until tomorrow! Not a great customer service.

3 staff stood at checkout watching me do there job...self service checkouts are an absolute joke for a Hardwear store why u paying staff to stand there and help me do there job when they could serve me absolutely ridiculous takes ten times longer

I arrived to pick up a click and collect, that was already loaded on a flat bed, when starting to load it into the car I noticed a tub of adhesive had been squashed. We took it straight back into the b&q to replace it. This took ages as they wanted to check CCTV to see if we dropped it which I understand but to find a replacement took ages. When sorted there was no apology for our time that was wasted.

Very large store, offering everything that you could want for your DIY project and more, garden furniture and accessories available, outside garden centre.

I came into store today and was looking for a garden storage box. I was assisted by a wonderful guy called Steve in the garden centre. Steve really went out of his way to find the stock and help me to get it down. 10/10 for an excellent customer service goes to Steve. Thanks Sharon

Very large store with plenty of parking, inside the store there is everything that you require for any DIY projects that you may wish to undertake, tools, paints, household items, plants, specialist advice on hand should you require any help.
