Came to Audi Doncaster and was greeted by Phil whi was a lovely guy . He helped us find the most suitable car for my elderly mum ti get in and out of and he's didn't rush us he was very patient .. We ordered our Q2 and from then on the process was all dealt with via email and we now have our new car after only a few weeks .. would highly recommend

Friendly people from start to finish. Everyone I have dealt with at this garage have been lovely, they couldn?t do enough to help. I?ve used some of the other Audi garages and have never had a great experience. Doncaster have set themselves apart and now I wouldn?t look to go anywhere else!

great service, friendly advisor kept me in the loop with any issues that needed dealing with. All issues that arose from the service were reported back to me for approval. The work was all carried out within the time the original times of the service without any need for further appointments.

What an experience. Found the car we wanted online and JCT600 got back to me the next morning. Jamie Brasset was brilliant every step of the way. Really helpful and provided a personal video outlining the features on the car that I requested to see. A few hicups our side, but Jamie was patient and helpful and got us there in the end. Although we requested a delivery, we offered to pick up the car, which i strongly recommend just for the experience. Jamie was on hand to help right away when we got to the showroom and was very helpful showing us round our new car. The following morning we had an email to check up on us and make sure we are happy and no issues. We feel safe and extremely happy with the car they sold us, cannot wait to make more memories with it!

Received excellent customer service from Phil Reeves at Audi Doncaster.We ordered a new Q3 Sport and through the 6-month wait he maintained regular communication and was great helping with the transfer of our cherished plate. Very slow parts service, also could not supply all I needed, I was looking to put a Audi LED boot light in the other side where they leave a hole, had no issues like this with my VW CC.
