Wish I could give this place zero stars - specifically the click and collect counter.
I've never met such rude and ignorant staff in my life. I can be stood there waiting to collect my parcel for 10 minutes before I'm even acknowledged. The staff would rather stand chatting to each other.
The most recent time I was there, I was waiting a good 10 minutes at the C&C counter (just me, nobody else queuing) whilst two females stood laughing and chatting. Finally one woman came over and said the C&C scanner is broken and the other one is being used so I can't serve you until the other machine is free - so why couldn't she have told me that previously rather than having me just stood there??
This sort of ignorance happens time and time again with staff on that particular counter. And it's a shame because the rest of the shop staff have always been great - shelf stackers, checkout workers etc. It's those on that C&C counter that need some more customer service training.

Its my local store and I hate using it. Staff are unhelpful too busy chatting amongst themselves and avoiding helping customers. If i could drive i would absolutely shop somewhere else

Next to nothing in terms of Vegetarian selections, probably worse for Vegans. Left with a choice of noodles or pizza again for a meal. Rubbish

Small but has most things you'd need, although there's a limited selection of fruit and vegetables. Pleasant, helpful staff. Don't be alarmed if anyone calls you 'love' - climb down from your feminist horse, it's just a friendly way of addressing you in these parts!

Very rude staff don't have even name badges on their uniform screaming at people specially the old security guy don't have any sense to speak with people's the lady over the till talk to me very disrespectful way never seen these kind of peopls representing the asda company loll am never going to this asda ever in my life best of luck for everyone I hope the management will take a notice of that thanks

Good little Asda very rare that don?t have what your after. And good place to nip in for a few bits or shopping
