Left a tv there then went to collect told I was lying and then approached aggressively by young security guard who pushed me I'm disabled too which why tv was allowed by manager then I got all this and barred 4 reaction I gave them after begging the lady who refused too look 4 my tv were she was behind fag counter then security b4 kicked off refused aswell half hour later I got the manager who aloud me too leave it barred now 4 this reason well better places too go with customer service

I downloaded the app and drove to my nearest Asda which is at Carcroft. Tubs of chocolates advertised at 2 for £5 with Asda rewards app. Told by cashier voucher on app not working and management informing staff not to override. Alot of disappointed customers today and inshore still advertising 2 fir £5 with app. Trading standards all the way

Might I suggest you bring back the 10 items or less check out for people of a certain age, I'm sure I'm not alone hating the self check outs and having to queue at the very few check outs with an actual human being to talk to.

Came with a list of 12 basic items, they had 3 on the shelves total. Staff scatter like rats in the light if you look at them. Absolute joke and a waste of a bus ride

Called into Asda Carcroft to day to find that the handheld devices were off line but with a green poster telling you to use your mobile phone. Stood and downloaded the mobile scanner. After spending nearly £80 was pleased I had preservered as the queues were really long, only to get to the self serve check-out to be told I could not use my phone either as all services were down ?
Then had to stand and unpack all my items, scan them again and then repack everything!!!
BRING BACK THE HUMANS, PLEASE ?

Dont do JUST EAT ! had a small order .. but bought treats for my cats - revelation cat foods x3 . ( was excitedly waiting for my order to give to them, i mean they have stack loads of food at home anyway , but i dont live near anywhere that sells them. ) anyway - brought my bananas - grapes and blueberries- NO CAT FOOD . I mean it was the dearest on the list ! DIABOLICAL WHEN YOU PAY DELIVERY PLUS VAT ! . I dont drive sooo? i have to rely on this .
Just pissed me off because you pay extra for the service .

Regularly shop here as it's our nearest Asda for about 14 miles. Having eaten something that disagreed with me I needed the loo, now I try not to use public toilets but when the needs must! And this place just reiterated to my why I don't like using public toilets. 4 loo roll dispensers and all we're empty, the smell was atrocious and the cleanliness a disgrace. I appreciate that it's the general public that make this mess (bloody animals the lot of you, you know who you are) however it is YOUR job as a business to ensure the cleanliness of your establishment. I can't help but think if this is what the public side of your business is like, what is it like out back? I'm literally worried I may have caught something. This level of gross does not happen in a day.
Oh and the "cleaning in progress" sign is a literal joke right?

I did a click and collect shop this afternoon and the young woman who brought out our shopping was an absolute delight to have dealings with. So pleasant and helpful. I hope Asda have some sort of reward scheme to show their appreciation to these special members of staff, this young woman deserves a rise. ?
