Never in my 20 years of living in the UK has anyone been so rude to me when picking up a parcel. The girl who works there had a problem with everything and I just wanted to pick up the parcel with a smile on my face. What a tragedy.

Really bad store. No tills are ever open despite them having two. Only use this store if you're OK with self checkout. Just don't buy anything that requires staff clearance as you'll be waiting for 10+ minutes for staff to authorise it for you. The staff could not care less. I've seen lots of smack heads walk in then walk straight out with items under their arms which is funny considering they usually have a security guard at front. Maybe if he wasn't so interested in standing around talking to his colleagues he would be paying attention enough to stop shop lifters. I don't even blame the shoplifters tbh. Better to just help yourself if the staff don't want to sell it to you.

Every time I go to the edlington asda the kiosk is never open staff are using self service as a duplicate this kiosk is for cigarettes and lottery and high volume alcohol witch is never available about time someone from head office sorfed the problem this kiosk should never be closed

It's a good place for bargains, generally acceptable prices in the present cost of living crisis. Much better than food supermarket.

Went to this Asda and bought cooked chicken strips, buy time I got home which is 2 mins away was cold, I did put a formal complaint into there head office, they told me would look into this, I know that chicken has to be kepted at temperatures but in this case was poor. Not impressed with service and store standards
