Unhappy today regarding a inappropriate reaction from worker outside ?trolley collector after shopping we forgot to take out basket we had in our trolley rude guy said you carnt leave that in empty trolley grab it out and throw it onto the floor unbelievable and rude I don't go shopping to have that aggressive reaction ?

Not been to this store in a long time and must say I was pleasantly surprised on my recent visit. The store was clean & tidy and well laid out. Rotherham is my local store but prefer this shop hands down. Managed to find everything I needed

Usual medium size Tesco, that does get busy with staff, stocking shelves, later at night. During Nov and Dec 2024 maintenance and upgrades are taking place.

Seriously! I never leave reviews but there is one thing which has totally disgusted me! 'Tescos Finest Goats Cheese'?! Seriously!? Covered in mould and still apparently in date for another 2 weeks! It smelt horrific, tasted horrific and looked horrific!

Haven't a clue who's resigned the stores internal but it's absolutly shocking. The store worked brilliant before. Now it's all over the place like a garden sale.
Dunno if they have does this because people was used to the layout and knew where things were and wasn't spending long in store, so they have messed it up so people spend more time there.
Who ever the manager is. Needs sacking.

What on earth is going on in this store. Always used to have loads of veggie uncooked meats etc now just a little section all bundled in the corner. Get a grip guys I done want a Vegan sausage roll or ham slice for my tea???!!!!! Poor Tesco poor !!!!

Absolutely disgusting customer service at the Petrol station this morning. No 'good morning' no eye contact. Old lady had her head buried in her mobile phone. I approached the young blond lady. I went over by 1p on fuel and politely asked if my £20 note was OK. She glared at me and said "it'll have to be won't it". I was taken aback by this response and said don't worry, I'll go look in the car and find the penny. I managed to find 2p and went back in. The old woman was still on her phone and i heard her say 'they think thier special and dont have to pay the penny "i gave the blond girl the money and told her to keep the penny to buy some customer service lessons. Great work Tesco ! ?
