Good carvery. Friendly service by Emma , who was looking after us today. Emma is socially skilled, and joined in our discussion on the relative merits of biscuits as defensive weapons. Her choice of custard cream was fair, but the revised choice of "biscuits that I don't want" was more welcomed. It makes a difference when you have staff such as Emma, who can engage in such manner.

Staff very polite and approachable, couldnt do enough for us. We had the buffet breakfast it was delicious ?. Would like to see fried bread as an option for breakfast though ?

Lovely buffet breakfast, it was hot and tasty which u don?t always get with buffet. Service was efficient and very friendly, especially Chile. Defo recommend and will be back very soon.

Great food and service. Carvery bap great value for money, lasagna really nice and the cheese nachos. Staff friendly as always.

Was busy but we were seated quickly, went to the bar to order and was served by the lovely Andy , he was friendly and polite and answered a question about a gluten free pudding for me. He checked the pudding and gave us a check back after we?d received our food. Also gave us a smile and a friendly goodbye when we left. Perfect.

Buffet breakfast was very nice well cooked, hot and plenty available at 10:30. Excellent service from Jamie who is new to the role. We look forward to coming again.

Called in while my car was charging. (75kw charger) Andy was fantastic and could not be more helpful. A real credit to his business. Lovely place and nice relaxed atmosphere.

We come to monks bridge regular & have eaten at several meal times and have always had an amazing meal, with no issues. Rob & his team are all very friendly and welcoming & go above and beyond for you whilst here. Not a bad thing to day, always been spot on
