Just visited with family. Good food but just because we asked for a breakdown of the bill a member of staff approached the bar shouting at us so loudly it was embarrassing. She actually added up the bill incorrectly and never apologised!! To say I was appalled was an understatement. I have never been treated so badly. Shame... read full comment
