Ordered tonight not had it for a couple of months (last time was spot on best fried chicken we have had for a long time)
Fries tasted like they had been reheated in warm old oil, chicken pieces and strips same story no flavour other than grease.
No crisp to any of the food all soggy apart from the below
Chilli cheese bites tasted ok but would guess they were cooked fresh.
80% of the food went in the bin.
Wouldn't use again.

I don't normally complain but the food this evening was awful, the garlic supreme dough was undercooked, the chicken was really greasy and the cheese sauce was a congealed lump. The pizza were mashed up (probably due to not being kept upright in the box). However the service was quick.

I don?t normally complain but today I am! We ordered a delivery I ordered at 20.50 and it said it would be here at 21.50 an hour ok I can do an hour. After 2 phone calls my food turn up at 22.45 cold and the lettuce on my chicken burger was slimy and not green! I will not be ordering a delivery from here again!

Food was ordered at 6:15pm, was meant to be here for 7:25pm, got here for 8:05pm. 40 minutes late, it was only a pizza. Pizza was clock cold, and sweaty as if it had been sitting for a while and stuff cheese crust hadn't melted at all. Was just a bad, bad pizza, and poor service. Will not orderer again

We used to order from here a while ago and the service and food was always excellent and consistent. I think it has been taken over since and the food is still nice but it takes ages to be delivered which usually means the food is not fresh and it can take up to 1.5hours just to get a burger delivered! Alongside this things have been missing from the order on arrival and portions alit smaller than before.
A real shame as we really loved this takeaway and choose to support local businesses but not sure we can continue to do so with the reduction in quality and service

Ordered it twice recently, took hour and half both times. The food is poor, we just order it out of habit. Wont be ordering from here again, gone downhill

Absolute abysmal iv been going here since I was a lad and it has really gone down hill.i ordered a jacket potato that came with a hair in it and a chicken wrap that was as spicy as a volcanos throat,the food was on time but they forgot half of the order si I rang them and they sent It back through but won't be ordering from here again

After 30 years of loyal custom we will no longer be using this place, unfortunate as it was a okay place back in tbe day.
Tried over charging us and then we had to go back because the order was wrong and when we got to eat the food it was cold and tasted horrible. The chips were like cardboard and you could tell most of it wasnt fresh. The burger my son had was cold and could tell was frozen and just warmed up. You could also tell the barbeque sauce is very vinegary and probably stored in pots in a fridge. To add to it all the customer service was non existent.

Worst takeaway food in along time, delivery was over an hour late, food luke warm and pizzas nearly broke your teeth, best place was the bin!!

Absolute shocker. Food took 2 hours, when it arrived our large mixed chicken shish had 4 pieces of chicken and no Donner. I was offered another but declined and will not be using them again. It's a shame as the food has always been good but not any more and the service is shocking. The lady on the phone whilst polite and apologetic said 'well I didn't cook it' by way of a response. It feels like a complete different place than it once was.
