Prescriptions take far longer to process than they should. I got a text yesterday to say my prescription was ready so I went to pick it up today. It wasn't ready , one item was missing but they had stock. Couldn't give it me as pharmacist was out for 2 hours. Would I like to call back for it tomorrow? No I wouldn't ?

Ordered my prescription on 16th June, approved by doctor on 17th, still no text from pharmacy saying it's ready for collection. When I do go in to get it, I'm waiting 20 mins for it. This happens regularly.

The staff in this chemist are really rude. I went in last week and 6 people were waiting to be served, and 2 people eventually walked out.
Staff were all up the steps sorting prescriptions and completely ignoring customers.
One 83 year old lady was struggling to breathe and not one staff member showed any empathy.

Went for a sore throat I?d had a few weeks & a eye infection got some drops for my eyes from the pharmacy then needed some different antibiotics to be told they?ve gone to my usual chemist this is not my usual chemist with past experience with them so how it?s been changed through the nhs when it shouldn?t have been is beyond me. Back to my normal chemist for my usual medication until next time but I?ll be definitely checking on the nhs app it?s not been changed to this chemist if I do need to use again

Staff work under difficult conditions and my experience is they do everything they can to accommodate you. Some things are beyond their control .

Not a good chemist. Not truthful in informing people. Went and got some repeat medication from them to be told only 3 tablets given out and that there is non available nation wide. I rang a pharmacy in Sheffield they have plenty. Went back to Well to be given a pile of bolderdash, just excuses for a really, really bad service. Better going
somewhere else more reliable with honest staff.

Just to test a theory out I priced up some medications. Out of 7 chemists I found the 2 in cudworth were charging more, alot more for example, Night nurse was £3 dearer than anywhere else I tried. Can they charge what they like because they have the only 2 chemists for cudworth? I for one WON'T buy from them but the prescription side of things are ample(nowt special).

When I go to pick up my prescription, they are either sort of my tablets or they are waiting for them to come in or they just say it's a global shortage.

After my wife put prescription in a week before, two trips now to be told it will be later today,.We rang 34 times and no answer there were two people in front of me, I'm working afternoon shift so we are unable to get much needed medication CDs and hart medication totally unexceptably.

Give this one a miss if your wanting any help..forget getting your prescription when you need it, even when your reliant on your medication they won't help. Go to grimethorpe instead they run rings round Cudworth.

Take too long for collections with prescriptions that had been sent from doctor, sometimes waiting 24hr after it has been sent

Phoned to see if prescription was ready at 2 pm was told to wait for text message to say it was ready received text 1 minute before closing time excellent timing.they have also recently changed staff and all the helpful staff have gone I will be taking my prescription elsewhere.....
