Prescriptions take far longer to process than they should. I got a text yesterday to say my prescription was ready so I went to pick it up today. It wasn't ready , one item was missing but they had stock. Couldn't give it me as pharmacist was out for 2 hours. Would I like to call back for it tomorrow? No I wouldn't ?

Ordered my prescription on 16th June, approved by doctor on 17th, still no text from pharmacy saying it's ready for collection. When I do go in to get it, I'm waiting 20 mins for it. This happens regularly.

The staff in this chemist are really rude. I went in last week and 6 people were waiting to be served, and 2 people eventually walked out. Staff were all up the steps sorting prescriptions and completely ignoring customers. One 83 year old lady was struggling to breathe and not one staff member showed any empathy.
