Waiting time is ridiculously long, it's been months now, it takes them more than a week to prepare a prescription.
Today l missed my medication because of that ! Even if l renewed it a week ago !

Absolutely Effing USELESS. Order your prescriptions 2 weeks early and you are still waiting over 30 minutes while they put it together. Avoid like the plague.

Had prescription approved on 1st of May , went today (15th) at 10.00am told not ready but would be in 30 minutes. I went back at 3.15 to be told still not ready and had to wait another 30 minutes. The attitude of the lady on the counter needs to improve.

Must be the worst chemist in the area, totally unorganized. Supposedly linked to health centre next door online but hopeless communication makes this chemist a nightmare. Tip, if you are picking up a prescription check it carefully before leaving if it is correct it will be a miracle!!!
