A very bad company and I wouldn't recommend flexible care to anyone as they are so unprofessional!!!

They do not give you the service that you ask for. And when you ask for a change they take you from any care package. Not a good agency at all.

Had some very poor experiences with these guys. Very unhappy with the service they offered for a vulnerable child.
