Had a problem with previous booking went into Tui store at Drakehouse Sheffield spoke with Rebecca she was so helpful friendly and professional she sorted a new holiday for us and because she was on day off the following day she arranged for Becky to finish off with my seat booking she also was helpful friendly and professional kept me informed with what was happening all sorted now thankyou so much.A lovely store and fantastic staff .

Awful, takes agers to be seen, been waiting an hour for boarding passes, 3 desks free too under staffed, go to TUI

The staff are always friendly and helpful. They are all very knowledgeable .
They will always do their best to match online prices if you want the assurance that comes with booking in a shop.

Smartline Philippeon - Kos Town Greece
Just arrived and very very disappointed with this dingy ground floor "family room". Self catering with one table & chair for family of 4. Very dark with just one light but unable to open blinds due to people walking past to collect sun loungers. Patio rear doors opening below ground level to reveal a wall and tree shading. Booked well in advance with a reputable travel company to ensure acceptable accommodation but this is not the case. Do not be fooled by the brochure. DO NOT BOOK HERE.

BEYOND AND ABOVE. That describes the service we received from Kathy at Thomas Cook in Crystal Peaks. We has made a mistake with our passports and our holiday was about to be lost. Thomas cook head office weren't interested, insurance was a no go and the passport office couldn't help as it was a bank holiday weekend. But Kathy came to the rescue. 2 hours of effort and we were sorted . We took the resort on her advice and we had an amazing time at the Sentido resort in Lanzarote.
Thomas cook have now created customers for life. Thank you !

I have tried to speak to an operator at Thomas Cook but constantly fail due to it going straight to answer phone! I am writing this on behalf of my parents who are in their 70's and are travelling with Thomas Cook in a few days time and have had their choice of hotel changed so close to their vacation. I realise this is the Tour Operator but Thomas Cook should be at the ready to answer queries/questions but NO you can only leave a message and wait for a return call!! Quite frankly this is not good enough.
