Absolutely terrible service. Only ordered 2 drinks and 1 bacon roll. Waited 20 mins before cancelling and getting a refund. Not so much FAST food service.

I am a delivery driver i am waiting more then 40 mints for this oder and when i ask to staff can you plz chk they are very rude and just say i dont know the service is very slow and no team work in the store Store manager have responsibility to teach their cure and shift managers how to treat the customers and drivers because McDonald?s known as the serving the food like in a minute, not in hours so please if you do job in McDonough, do your proper job and do some teamwork as well if you do teamwork then you serve the orders. Please take responsibility to deliver food in time.

Awful service, went in for breakfast at 8.10am and Waited nearly 20 mins for 3 cappuccino and 3 porridge ,no one in but all staff making orders for deliveroo, when we finally received our order the porridge was cold ?took it back only to be told there was no porridge left .

This meal was dispicable, and disgusting worst meal we have ever had. We normally rate McDonald?s a 5 stars but thank god Burger King has opened up across the road as we will never NEVER be going back to mc Donald?s again. We payed £40 altogether that meal was not worth £40. We ordered a Hat Trick burger and received a Big Mac. We also ordered a double cheeseburger and that came as a hamburger. Now two of our meals came as what we ordered them but was not up to standards at all. It took 15 minutes to get our food and then they had the audacity to give us no chicken nuggets after that long wait. It is meant to be fast food! The staff are also rude. I would not recommend after this experience.

Disgusting. Ordered via the app from this mcdonalds food was missing! Chips weren't cooked and the food that was there was freezing cold. £25 in bin! Don't bother ordering save your money!

Rubbish service ignored for ages while they see to ubar eat orders clear to see them when you do get your ages later guess what it like cold ice because they take that long priority ubar eats order I pay same money stand in same line what make them so special

My in-laws visit most Tuesday's whilst visiting crystal peaks... Last two visits there meals were stone cold ... both meals were replaced but clearly pinged in the microwave!! Staff are rude and unhelpful ... they will never visit again.

Always always get mcdelivery orders wrong, I ordered a feed the family deal, they missed off 2 big macs out of 4 burgers, myself and my partner had to go without thanks to you're incompetency. Feed the family..... BA BA BA BA BA still starving it
