Went in a couple of weeks ago and the person on the till was very rude and domineering in regards to social distancing measures. Understood that there are rules in place however he was quite rude about it when we initially moved to let other people past but decided to still be sarcastic and have a bad attitude towards us. Ended up leaving, not buying anything and went elsewhere where we felt welcomed.

Terrible service when it comes to trying to complain about faulty products. (of which there are many) they clean refused to give me a refund for a product i was showing them was no where near the standards a full price product should be, i.e melted and refrozen

Worst post office I have been to the guy was very rude to a lady in front of me and even made some racist remarks. I am absolutely appalled at how the owner of the post office can be so rude to someone who is wishing to use British postal services. He has no manners and doesnâ??t know how to speak to people. If he has an issue with people of a different race or ethnicity then maybe he should pack the post office in and leave it to professionals! He needs to be reported to post office headquarters.

Very helpful when I last went in. This post office is tucked away but it a very important part of the community and should be supported. Many local people can use this facility without having to drive. The store also has all the basic essentials, if you run out or fancy something different for a treat. Local post offices need your help...

Was unable to collect post that I had delivered to my brother's address, despite my name being on the parcel and having possession of the missed delivery note. I was helpfully informed that someone who isnt me can collect post with my name on if they have a micky mouse utility bill that they could have printed off themselves for all anyone knows, as this post office is "very lenient". If they're so lenient why can't I collect my own parcel?
