Absolutely appalling .been going on quiet a few times, my prescriptions are taken at least 3 weeks, dr signed on 12th Dec 2024, been down today 3rd January 2025, & only gave my partner 1 out of 11, prescribed medicines, heart tablets, very high hypertension, pain 24/7
What is the point in trying to live ?

My recent prescription was sent 20/11. Still not done 12 days later. And they don't answer the phone. Wish I could say this was an isolated issue but isn't need to switch to anyone else

Went back for prescription 4 days in a row with no joy only to be told they couldn't get it! Always slow serving and very slow with prescriptions - swapped to better chemist nearby

Very poor service. Went in to see if my prescription was ready I was told no they would send a text, very rude it?s been a week and no news, tried calling no answer. They just really don?t care.

Don?t normally have any issues with this pharmacy as I?ve used them for over 40yrs but over the past few yrs the standards have definitely dropped . When collecting a prescription to be told I?ve already collected it for it to be found when looked for, not been given the full prescription. Always have to check before I leave to find something is missing and they have to go searching for it, rushing from work to collect a prescription before they close at 6pm to find that the door was locked when I arrived at 5.50pm lights are off and people waiting for prescription. Had to arrange to go to work late the next day to collect my prescription to which I was told I had already collected and the manager was rude as I complained about closing the pharmacy before the advertised closing time , I understand they are supposed to have a duty of care and empathy towards customers/patients to be told that they close before 6pm as they don?t get paid after 6pm and I should of been there earlier ???so maybe don?t advertise closing at 6pm if that?s not actually true .

Four times in three days I visited to get medication sorted. I was told that medication was ready yesterday but it wasn?t and told to go back today after they promised the meds would be ready yesterday. Go back today, get some to find out some missing. Go back again today to be told these meds were only sent through today. Houdini must have had a hand in that one!! The GP surgery isn?t open today. If you complain to head office you get ignored!! Poor customer service and liars

They won?t answer the phone I have tried 17 times to day I am out of my medication I called at the shop yesterday twice they told me they are sorry it still is not ready so we will deliver it tomorrow,I?m still waiting??..as I am disabled I am feeling very I?ll as I haven?t had my prescription medication for over a week????

Went today as we were 28days after the last pick up of medication,only to be told we now have to go a week before the tablets are due to let them know the tablets are due ,so went home with no medication for my husband or myself,and now have to waste another day to go and pick up next week ,and no tablets or inhalers for a week.Our prescriptions are sent over every 6months or yearly for my husband ,so they have the prescription just can?t be bothered to do it ,the excuse was we have so many prescriptions to fill .solution get more staff

I rang 240 times one day they hang up on you or just don't answer, each time I let the phone ring till the message says that the umber I have dualed cannot be answered, please try again later. I ring straight back they either hang up or I get the engaged tone.I rely on them for my prescription to be delivered have severe mobility issues and would have to get a taxi to collect them. Its disgusting.
