My local been going for years...staff are lovely, very friendly. Down side is the security guard what like to follow you around, not even discreetly. Makes me not want to shop at my local shop, he's so rude. Even follows you out on the street. Spent a fortune at this shop will be taking my custom elsewhere

My parner and i shop in Tesco Bentley regularly and we find the staff very helpful and polite. The store also provides what we need.
The only problem is lack of shopping trolleys which Tesco say they cant supply any longer because they are regularly stolen by customers.

Shop has what it needs but the staff are rude, especially the women in there, they basically grunt at you when being served and have over heard them talking about customers in store to their colleagues, and by talking about customers I don't mean in a nice manner.

Placed an order today, only half was delivered, I've tried ringing Bentley store at least 13 times, each time they cut me off, extremely bad customer service, they still took full payment though.

Clean and tidy store. Stocked everything that we went in for. The shop assistant was very friendly and helpful. All in all a pleasant experience.

As a facility it is what it is...but for me the staff are lovely always happy to help...and as a team I think they do a really good job...I use this shop everyday don't know all their names but Helen is the one that sticks out to me always makes me makes me smile on my tough days

It is what it is a small version of Tesco but mainly has the same stuff as a big store but not all things are in there as it is an express shop.Clean friendly staff and cash machine.Wheelchair friendly.No toilet available
