We were recommended to visit this establishment by a friend, and to be honest, we weren't disappointed. We viewed the menu online beforehand and felt that the selection of dishes was much more extensive than at other Indian restaurants we had dined in before.
Upon our arrival, the staff made us feel very welcome. We were seated at a window table and promptly served drinks, allowing us time to peruse the menu. Many of the dishes offered, apart from the classic curries, looked intriguing, so we decided to ask for more information.
TThe waiter who served us was very knowledgeable and made excellent suggestions for us to try. The food was cooked to perfection, and we were pleasantly surprised by the variety of dishes he recommended. Each dish offered something unique, ranging from mild to very spicy, and the presentation was outstanding with vibrant, well-displayed plates. Overall, the dining experience at Lancers was well worth the trip, especially if you're looking for something different from the typical Indian food offered at most curry houses.
I would highly recommend this restaurant, as it offers a dining experience that's worth the visit.

We visited for father's day and had the Sunday special menu. The food was amazing as always, there were no restrictions on what was included other than around 3 dishes and portions were fantastic. Polite service too! Highly recommend

We booked to attend today's Fathers Day Sunday indulgence special.. wow!!! at the fantastic price of £19.50 we were treated to a superb meal of poppadoms, choice of starters, mains, rice or naan and tea/coffee.. plus pints of cobra were £1 for the dads. Absolutely amazing value. The food was not only delicious (as always) but fresh and plentiful. The waiters are friendly and the service was attentive. Highly recommend.

Visiting family in Sheffield and did a pitstop a quick pitstop in Lancers and grabbed a take away order for the family
Lamb vindaloo, Chicken Balti and a king prawn Dansak. And a custom order of chicken Balti and chips in one container and chips and vindaloo sauce in one container.
Told them I was heading to Sheffiled and was worried the food might get cold they packaged it nicely in a box with foil to keep it warm and 52 minutes later when I arrived in Sheffiled it was still pipping hot!
Vindaloo was ? and flavoursome like how it should be. Balti was nice but my favourite was the king prawn dansak, sweet, spicy, lentils and massive prawns what's not to like, beautiful flavour.

Absolutely stunning curry the taste the amount you get couldn't grumble onion bhaji was crispy not covered in oil first day delivering and they was within the hour unlike the rest hats off to them and thank you for preparing such an amazing meal

We had an amazing meal here. My daughter recommended this place to us and we weren't disappointed! The staff are very friendly and helpful. We will definitely visit again. Five stars from us!

Nice food. Extortionate Drinks.
£7.50 for a Draught Pint or Bottle of beer & £2 for a dash of lime. ££9.50 for a Larger & Lime. Won't be going there again.

Best Indian restaurant for miles. Great staff and can adapt any of the food to suit, Tikka Masala with Spinach is a solid fav.
