Visited the restaurant yesterday with a friend who was visiting from Europe, as it had been recomended by my daughter who has been a number of times. We both ordered rump steak, medium rare. When it arrived it looked ok but when we started eating the steak was dry and tough when it should have been moist and succulent. The restaurant is not cheap and as such I expected the food to be much better than it was. I didn't complain as I didn't want to embarrass my friend, but I was very disappointed and won't be visiting again any time soon.

Dropped in recently to Bawtry?s Pizzeria & Steakhouse on 3 Swan Street, Bawtry, Doncaster DN10 6JQ, and tried the classic Margarita pizza?simple, but always a good test of any pizzeria. The base was well-cooked with a decent chew and a light crispness underneath, which I liked. Tomato sauce had a fresh, slightly sweet tang, though it could?ve done with a touch more seasoning or depth. The mozzarella was generous and nicely melted, though I wouldn?t have minded a bit more browning on top for added texture and flavour.
Service was friendly and the place has a relaxed, comfortable atmosphere. All in all, it?s a solid spot?nothing fancy, just honest, decent food. Worth a visit if you?re in the area.

This is a great bar and restaurant with different spaces in it with different moods some better for drinking some better for eating et cetera. Great quirky decorations which make the place really interesting and you will keep discovering new things to look at. Service was really friendly and helpful and prompt. Food was great, really tasty and the Sunday roast was sublime.

I had my bank call me up and cancel my cards for me as they had tried to use my Apple Pay.
The actual restaurant in bawtry is aware of this now. Please be careful
