If I could give 0 stars I would. Waited over an hour to be seen and the worker was falling asleep, texting under the desk and was very unprofessional. Didn?t get anywhere with this employee and then he said he is going to get lunch when the shop was full of customers waiting and didn?t even say sorry. Overall spent 3 hours in the shop as the other colleague was working alone and systems very slow, waste of my time and day and didn?t get anything resolved, customers walking away as fed up of waiting it was disgusting customer service. Would never go into the store again or use Vodafone.

2 hours of my Sunday I won?t get back. Clueless staff. Loads of people walking out. Customers were absolutely fuming. It was the most uncomfortable experience I?ve ever had in a shop.

What could possibly go wrong? Only popped in for a web order collection...
Waited 40 minutes, only 2 people serving. One advisor was very rude to a customer, then went for his lunch leaving me and a couple of other customers to wait for the one advisor left!
So I left, he had no idea what I was waiting for, it could have been a massive order! Clearly doesn't want the business.
Zero customer service skills... Zero business skills...

I'm not sure what umbrage Cassie took with me, but after finally deigning acknowledgement of my presence after 5 minutes of being on their phone, seemed perplexed as to why I wanted a new SIM, giving me the nth degree about it after I explained that my Internet coverage wasn't as good as my father's who is another Vodafone customer. She finally conceded to giving me another SIM, but only after running a credit check?! The whole transaction was baffling and incredibly off-putting.

Today I was served by nad)and (dan) I cannot express how amazing these guys was with setting me up on a new contract I was really nervous and these two guys made me feel so welcome and explained everything perfectly these guys make business a pleasure I would Highley recommend and thank you guys so so much.

One visit, I had Jake who was super helpful but on my second visit I had a mature guy with glasses who was the complete opposite: arrogant, a know it all & quite rude. Unfortunately, the latter has me off
