TLC is overall a good company. I have made many relationships with both colleagues and service users. I love my job here! The managers can be very busy but will get back to you when they can. Elaine especially has been very helpful within my time at TLC. The pay is good. We also have access to blue light cards and the company shop accounts.

A member of TLC was charging my mother £40 a week for shopping she was unable to do. I discovered she was paying for food she was not receiving. The shopping service was then stopped and as a result the same carer attempted to report me to adult social services for not calling a doctor for my mother. This was a lie. Other carers left irrelevant comments in the care evidence booklet. This company attempted to manufacture evidence to adult social services.

My mum Beryl received good care from this company. Before she sadly had to go into a nursing home, it was because of the dedication of her carers she was able to stay at home as long as she did. Thank you.
