Went on Barnsley Live. Waited 15 minutes for the bar only to be told that side was cash only even though there where no signs to say as much. My wife spoke to the bar supervisor and he was very rude and did not care. Won't be returning

The cutlery and glasses were dirty, looked at 3 different pairs on knives and forks and they were all dirty and which the waitress said it was just water stains, this was not the case however as tey felt very gritty, their glasses were covered in red speckles near the glass top (could have been lipstick) but just goes to prove that they don't do the washing correctly or check it afterwards. This is very poor not to mention the quality of the food from the last 3 times this time however wasn't bad. I will never be going again even if someone paid me! This place should be shut down for food and hygiene and they should employ better staff who's cleanliness and friendliness is far better.
I WILL NOT BE GOING AGAIN! EVER!

It?s a great little pub and we love the live music on a Wednesday, but we thought the food was pretty average and a little on the expensive side for what it was. The chips were very nice though, 10/10 for the chips.Vegetarian options: There is a vegetarian pie of the day but not a lot of other options, and I don?t think they had any vegan dishes.Wheelchair accessibility: There are ramps so wheelchairs can get around easily inside, except for a couple of sections with steps.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The food was a bit average but nothing essentially wrong with it. Overall, good value for money.
