Visited to purchase a new pedal bin. Decent choice of products available, but the state of the packaging was appalling. Could not find one that wasn't battered.
Opened a couple of boxes to make sure the contents were not damaged and was promptly told off by a member of staff.
When I tried to explain to her what I was doing, she said if it's damaged when you get home, we will exchange or refund it.
I tried to say that I was trying to avoid a second visit by checking first, and she said but if you open it you could be accused of trying to steal it. As if I could conceal a 50ltr pedal bin.
Promptly walked out and doubt I will be back again for a while.

So I purchased a Christmas tree made of lights for the garden, the lights don't work. On arrival I spoke to Wendy at customer service desk who was rude from the off set. I advised her that I had no receipt as my partner bought them. She thought I wanted a refund but I explained all I wanted was a replacement. She advised this would not happen rather rudly. I asked for a floor manager to assist me and was refused twice saying this is policy. Well Range if your policy is selling dodgy produces then your doing a fabulous job. Wendy needs retraining in customer service and in the process of policy you've now lost your self a customer and I hope many more!
