The place is cluttered and disorganised. If you need help, no point in asking the staff because they will just simply say ?There?s nothing more I can do? without ever attempting to help or resolve the problem. The store manager also thinks it?s appropriate to be rude and disrespectful, she also raised her voice at me when I spoke in nothing but polite manner.

Never met so many miserable staff!The store is well stocked and clean, but the staff let it down.

Big,spacious and clean. Plenty of staff on hand to help. I've not, not found ANYTHING I've needed so far from garden knomes to indoor lights and I must mention the garden centre part, fantastic. The old chap in that part realy knows his stuff. Great place but be prepared to come out with extra(cause of the bargains).

Great shop. There is plenty of seasonal stuff in and a wide variety of stuff in store for everyone. The only off-putting thing is the beggers just outside the entrance. Nothing against them, but they can be very intimidating

Good place for browsing, a myriad of housewares at good prices. Only gripe is it would be helpful to have some signage eg 'kitchenware', 'pets' etc.
