This was a lively spot to visit, with a bright interior and a nicely styled red ceiling! Staff were friendly in setting us up for the pool table, games were a lot of fun and the table is fresh as day.

Prices are fine, the place offers pool and darts so that makes it worth going over some other pubs.

Probably my favourite pub for afternoons in Barnsley town centre. Plenty of TVs, great beer prices, service is good and they don't have music blaring out like a lot of other pubs. Good outdoor area for people watching too.

Popped in this pub for 1 drink as close to the train station. Very old pub I'd say, one of Barnsleys heritages. It's quite smart to say it's an old building, very friendly chatty bar staff and cheap realistic prices.
