Move everything about almost weekly.
Nice trap to keep you in there longer.
I could do my weekly shop in 30mins now its doubled and add getting out of the car park to that. Needs another exit asap

Tesco Stairfoot - gone downhill fast!
I accept refurbishments and improvements are needed but how poorly the latest works have been managed.
That aside, there appears to be more pickers on the floor than shoppers. Young kids for the most part without the slightest regard for blocking off isles, happy to stand around chatting.
Poor stock levels and a general decline in quality of fresh produce means I will be giving Lidl a try.
Come on Tesco Stairfoot....you can do better!

I just wanted to say thank you to the lovely man called Vincent that served me on the till at the Wombwell Lane branch today. The person before me was unjustifiably rude to him but he handled it with grace and diplomacy. I found Vincent to be professional, capable and extremely helpful-even going the extra mile to see if I wanted to use my vouchers etc. Working with the general public is never easy and whilst we all complain now and then-its also nice to acknowledge great service when someone clearly puts their heart into their job. Keep up the good work Vincent!

The self-service staff are truly a sight to behold. Masters of the art of standing around, they?ve turned ignoring customers into an Olympic sport. Their favourite pastime? Engaging in animated chats with each other, blissfully oblivious to the growing queue of people waiting for clearance.
Among them, one stands out as my least favourite : ?Face Ache.? Her signature move? A theatrical grimace every time she?s forced to detach herself from her social circle and do something radical?like her job. Honestly, watching her drag herself to the tills feels like witnessing a cat being asked to take a bath. Priceless entertainment, but terrible service.

Would usually rate this place higher than 3 as it often does good offers on gluten free, especially beer. However, after seeing the basket for donated Christmas toys that states donations should be bought in store on that day I am appalled. We collect these things throughout the year and donate at Christmas but certainly not here.

Daughter went for a temporary position. She was interviewed by two male managers and can only be described as being bullied. To such an extent, came home and cried. They want to be ashamed of themselves. Disgraceful behaviour. Don?t work for these clowns.

Great place for all your shopping needs and more. There is an indoor cafe which is reasonably priced. There's a large range of electronics available and a decent range of seasonal clothing. There's virtually every food you can think of and also an in house pharmacy. Disabled parking and access. Toilets etc.

Used to shop at Tesco but not anymore. They no longer have a butchers counter, fish counter, deli counter or pizza counter. No longer sell electronics upstairs, and have a two tier pricing system, where you need to sign up to give away your data away to get lower prices on a lot of products. Oh, and they try to get you to use the self checkouts by only opening a couple of staffed tills.
So they are now a budget brand but charge higher prices than Aldi and Lidl neither of which all you sign to up clubcard schemes. If you want a bit of quality M&S have bigger quality products for about the same prices as tesco. It really is a no brainer to ship at the those three stores before tesco.

Wanted Redex injecter cleaner. Checked online,
price at Tesco showing £2.50, in stock.
Went to Tesco, found Redex, price shown £5.00.
Spoke to a shelf stacker, showed him the price, and the price on the website. He used his scanner, which showed £5.00.
He stated that it must have been on the site for a while, and wandered off.
Updates are required by Tesco, also a bit of staff training wouldn't go amiss.
