Was empty so not exactly anyone else to serve and the server was really rude and unenthusiastic and I believe she spat on my sandwich as she wasn?t happy.

No sandwich fillings available - no chicken, no hearty Italian bread ran out of most toppings including cheese, sandwiches made were soggy and not pleasant to eat - coffee was not even lukewarm and didn?t offer to make new one just watered down with hot water. Toilets were very unclean and disgusting no hand soap, feaces down and around the toilet. Won?t be going again.

Subway is Subway, the staff are nice here, it can take a while at busier times, with often one member of staff present, but this is a fault of management, rather than those you encounter trying to get the job done. So other than a bit more staff at peak times, not much else to work on.
Parking: Small carpark for Subway, Greggs and the butchers.
Wheelchair accessibility: Smooth entrance into the shop with automatic doors.

Used to be fine but lately it's a shambles. Always seems to be missing loads of ingredients and the person who I'm assuming is the manager really needs to pursue a different career. Clearly they can't get the stock orders right, always very curt and loud with customers and seems to want to show up the staff by loudly pointing out mistakes. I think I'd rather travel another 5-10 minutes to a different subway that has competent management. Also act like you've asked them to do something incredibly difficult when asked to change gloves to make a gluten free order. Apparently cross contamination is a foreign concept here.

Incredibly rude member of staff. One in particular rude to many people I know. Would not recommend. Food was thrown in my face and made wrong. Didn?t even get to tell them that as they slammed and locked the doors when it wasn?t even shut for another half an hour. Official complaint has been made and Subway are taking it forward. But would definitely avoid in the evening. Very unpleasant.

Went to get some sandwiches from the saver subs menu only to be told after waiting for 5 minutes that they had run out of ingredients to make their advertised sandwiches. I wouldn?t write a review after one bad experience, but this is the second time we?ve been disappointed, especially considering every other Subway we go to is good. The staff seem lazy and move at a snails pace, when we went one of the employees was basically doing everything while the other just stared and watched. Really badly run place.

I waited for the food for 40 minutes, the wrap was not rolled, everything fell out. The sandwich looked like it was crushed, everything fell out of it, the sauce from the wrap spilled onto the table. The chicken was not fresh and the cucumber was frozen. The potatoes were not salted and looked not fresh. I will never go there again.
