Just been there about 10 mins ago the woman serving didn?t have a clue what she was doing I asked for cheese and toast she didn?t put the cheese on and tried hiding the fact she didn?t put it on then I told her I wanted light mayo she then put garlic mayo on then changed to normal mayo I will not be going back again because she knew she made mistake

Ordered via Uber. Food arrived stone cold. Clearly not been heated at all. When a store has such lapse standards in regards to sending cold food out I wonder if they are on top or other things. Absolutely horrendous. Tasted awful. Won't be ordering again. Clearly as a business they are trying to keep costs down by not heating food.

Called here for 2 meal deals for a train journey.
Buns were stale, fell apart when eaten. My white Italian was crusty on one end, it was so bad.
I work in a sandwich shop and wouldn't have used those buns for anyone.
Girl serving was a misery too, obviously loves her job, other one wasn't much better. Il stick to greggs next time.

Got a subway 17/04/24 from the Barnsley interchange with my friend. The service was absolutely poor. We were served by someone who I could only imagine was the manager of the store due to how much he was on his phone throughout the service. I tried to get his attention to order twice and was practically scolded when I interrupted his phone calls. He would basically also not let me get what I was wanting to order and tried forcing me into a meal deal at every opportunity. Will not be returning and judging by the state of the veg, I would recommend others to do the same.

Ordered from deliveroo twice now and both times there were missing items or wrong items sent. I ordered wedges and they came but were barely cooked and cold. I won't be ordering again.

Not very quick to serve you if there's actually someone there, the staff often like to converse with one another rather than serve you. They don't seem to be able to serve you in a friendly manor, often seeming bored. Despite the fact that they rarely seem busy the tables outside are not clean.
