I went into subway after i finished work to treat myself. but was served by an older gentlemen who made my order wrong. then when i was eating my food the sandwich tasted off and i felt sick afterwards. would never come here again shocking customer service and appalling food

Can anyone tell me since when a salad with extra tuna looks like that?! Ok ,I?m happy with tuna(because I payed extra),but is not even a half of the box in there. Where is the lettuce ?? Few leaves ? and few other things,Is not even an 1/3 from the box . That?s very ridiculous.in Every single other place without asking for anything extra you would receive a reasonable salad box .And here you guys charging for a salad and that?s what I get?! . And another think,they took out the drinks machine and now the only option u have are bottles. And are more expensive than a refill glass.

The taste of the sandwiches was amazing. It is a very cute and sweet store with a wide variety of products and very good customer service. I definitely recommend it.

I came into the store this afternoon and was greeted by Sam, I was given time to make a decision and I have very specific dietary requirements which I asked Sam if he could give me recommendations to suit my needs. Sam was very polite and friendly and helped me to choose a sandwich suitable to my strict requirements. The sandwiches I asked for were made with care and were delicious not too much sauce and the right amount of toppings. I am very happy about my visit and will return again, thank you.
Vegetarian options: My wife is vegetarian there are plenty of options to suit her tastes,
Dietary restrictions: I suffer from acid reflux and have to be careful what I eat to avoid triggering the reflux.

This is such a good place to order and get your sandwiches to the highest standard. One of the workers (sam) has the one of the best servings I have seen in a while. Would recommend

Don't bother ordering from this subway on user eats every single time they get the order wrong, they clearly can't read!! Always get hearty Italian bread when I put normal Italian bread and it's never toasted!! With having to pay service charge least you can do is learn how to read!!! Won't let me reply to the responder of my review, I would like to make it clear that I did select the toasted option hence why I put it in the review..

Ordered via Uber. Food arrived stone cold. Clearly not been heated at all. When a store has such lapse standards in regards to sending cold food out I wonder if they are on top or other things. Absolutely horrendous. Tasted awful. Won't be ordering again. Clearly as a business they are trying to keep costs down by not heating food.
