Staff in this store are thick as two short planks. There lazy and programmed in saying "no refunds credit note only" don't spend your money in this store as you won't get a refund you will be forced into having a credit note to spend in there shop.

Came in for a brand new pair of football boots to then purchase them, got home and realised I?ve purchased someone sloppy seconds with visible scuff marks and stains etc, Not happy in the slightest, could have at least said they were pre worn/owned but no labelled them as new.
