My husband and I both get our prescriptions from this chemist. I always pick them up -staff always helpful- yes sometimes a queue and sometimes someone takes a bit of time to get their issue sorted. I never get put out by the wait - it could be me that has a query next time. To be fair the issues i hear raised are usually surgery oriented not something the chemist staff have created.Thank you

My partner and I go to this chemist every week and I have never had to wait for a prescription, never had any problems whatsoever. Everyone who works there are really lovely people and will go above and beyond without request . Thank you.

Had to change pharmacies after my prescription was NEVER ready when I collected it. This was regularly after a week of ordering it from my GP. One occasion the pharmacy assistant read out the list of medication from a patient with the same name. What a breach of confidentiality. Should've confirmed my address in advance!
