Shop here often,walk in shop,get what i need,pay,leave shop,mission accomplished ???? only complaint a would give,is the allow whiney sensitive customers in ????????? Jeez,just read rare bad reviews, bad smell, rude staff, filthy shelf,no red carpet laid on blah blah blah ??PUH-LEEEASE GET A GRIP!! The can feel free to swear at me,show me finger,spit on me ffs, so long as a get mi beers n delicious grub ????shop has automatic doors,frees up extra hand to carry more beer,genius,nice touch ???

Shop has an awful smell because of the hot sandwiches that they serve overall shop looks like it sells a range of household products. But the staff why are they always miserable and have a chip on their shoulder. Part of me thinks it's the post office moto to not have give good customer service.

I walk in and say morning to the two lady's behind the counter. One proceeds to say something rude under her breath before retreating yo the back, I then get reluctantly served. I will never be going back

Very friendly & helpful staff. Open long hours. Well stocked and neat clean shop area. Fast & efficient Post Office services. Some tasty takeaway sandwiches, cakes & buns etc. if you need to grab & eat on the go. Easy access (auto doors) wheelchair friendly & right in the center of Birdwell. Small parking area at side of shop for a quick pop-in & out.

Just popped in to post a letter and as I was on lunch and in a hurry I bought a BLT - BEST DECISION I HAVE MADE IN A LONG TIME, it was fresh full of filling and I was disappointed when I finished it - would recommend- support your local independent
