Ordered a click and collect paid online ,said it would be ready in an hour ,after an hour had past I set off too the store ,just to receive an email saying the order had been cancelled and I would receive a refund in 5 to 7 days ,never use pets at home again

Came in today to purchase fish. The lady that served us was so knowledgeable and very patient with me. Told me everything I needed to know and still said if I have anymore questions just give a call or pass in. Lovely lady her customer service was great !!!! Can't remember her name but she got me fish today X2 . Highly recommend this store.

I absolutely hate this shop. Firstly a few months ago they took my dog to the groomers and it cost me £65 and they did not even give him the cut I asked for. They had a second chance at redemption today but failed as when I tried to get some medication behind the counter and gave them all the information they requested and told them that my dog had this type of medication before a month ago but they still refused to give it me even when I told them he could not take the tablets as he just throws them back up. The only good thing about this place is the seasonal products but even that has gone down hill. I will not be going back to this place and from now on I will be going to Cooke?s pet store down the road from here as it is much more affordable, they have great produce for all animals and a great seasonal selection and a bakery. They also have really friendly staff that are very helpful unlike this place. Will not be coming back here again ??

We've just received 5 star customer service from Bev'. We took our puppy in , looking for a harness. Bev fitted a harness for us, and then showed us other items which would help us with our new dog. We spent £64 which was money well spent.
We were served by Becky on the till who gave us advice on downloading the app for future purchases.
Thanks, customer care like this is excellent
and good staff probably add 50% to your turnover.

Excellent pet shop which stocks a good variety of pet food, toys & accessories. The shop has a dog groomers too. The staff are knowledgeable and approachable and give good advice. I like the offers that they have and loyalty discounts. The only thing I don't like about the shop is where it is. The parking is atrocious, and nobody seems to know which way round to drive and nobody seems to give way. Nothing to do with the shop itself really, that's why I have still rated 5 stars.

Very freindly welcoming staff ,my dog was so nervous , but they made him more relaxed and so caring I felt he was in safe hands and at ease ,and on collection again veryb welcoming ,and very impressed with the groom definitely will be returning...keep up the good work to a.l ??

really amazing selection of cat food and treats! most stores I visit are 90% whiskas, gocat etc but here I was happy to find many different higher end cat foods and treats I haven't seen elsewhere. store was tidy but lacked staff presence. the info books placed by the cat stuff are also a nice touch I really like how the store is laid out :)

I do not understand how any groomer would class TOY poodle as a MEDIUM breed and make a customer pay £55 for a FULL groom. Not to mention my dog isn?t groomed the way we liked her to be and the reference photos we showed weren't taken to consideration at all! I do not recommend as it did very much feel like a rip off and we have been left with disappointment.

The store is nice and tidy, easy to find what You're looking and staff is helpful. They've got a lot of stock so many options available the only downside is they loyalty which is lackluster and You don't get discounts too often even when spending 100+ pounds.
