I wish I could give zero! Ordered a bath and shower, needed it quickly as our builders were waiting. The bath was in stock and would be delivered in 3 days. It wasn't so we enquired, was told it will be 5 days, it wasn't delivered. As per all the other reviews, they do not answer phones, they do not reply to messages, they lie. We are now 2 months on and never received a single reply, zero communication and no products. We thankfully used a credit card. But, regardless of the money it held up our building work for weeks as of course we didn't want to order more in case they eventually turned up, we had no way of knowing!\\nDO NOT BUY FROM THESE CON ARTISTS.

Because I cannot give this scam of a company no stars, I have to give it one. Avoid this company like the plague. If it costs more money somewhere else it will be worth it. They don't send or post items as stated on their website you need to chase them up and only then do they send. I had to email their contact via the website and only then was it sent. There are no phone numbers on their site or google - which should tell you everything.I am now trying to return items and their refund policy is so unclear (obviously intentional). I've sent numerous emails to all the email addresses on their website and simply no response. Avoid and report them.

0 Stars!I have bought an item with them (mid Feb) no further response from initial confirmation email or sign of delivery of item. No response to a follow up email and now their website has been taken down. So will now be trying to claim the money back via my bank.

Don't use this Company - ordered 4 items only 3 arrived despite the delivery email saying all were present. I am now trying to reclaim a £375 refund on the toilet that I haven't got - cant get through on the phone- they don't respond to my emails and the web chat does appear online. Dreadful service - they don't deserve the one star!

Made an order on 13 Feb - have heard nothing since. I have emailed and used the webchat multiple times to try and find out when my order will be delivered. No one has got back to me. Just tried to ring but no reply.DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!Luckily I paid by credit card so should be able to get the money back. Appalling.

I recently had a disappointing experience with Nationwide Bathrooms. Despite returning my product and following their stated refund policy, I have yet to receive my refund of £388.95. To make matters worse, the company has removed their telephone number, making it impossible to contact them about the issue.I advise anyone considering shopping with Nationwide Bathrooms to exercise caution and be aware of these issues. It's essential to have reliable customer service and clear communication when making purchases online, and unfortunately, Nationwide Bathrooms seems to be lacking in these areas.Overall, my experience with Nationwide Bathrooms was frustrating and disappointing, and I would hesitate to shop with them again in the future. If you do decide to shop with them, be sure to thoroughly research the company and read reviews from other customers before making your purchase.

Avoid at all costs. I ordered a cast iron bathtub from Nationwide at the end of November 2022, with an agreed delivery date of December 21st 2022. It was part of a renovation project. In early February 2023, we realised that the bath had not been delivered. When I contacted Nationwide, they informed me that the bath had been discontinued! No one contacted me to inform me of that, or to offer a refund. They don't take telephone calls - only web chat and email. I emailed them several times to get a refund and they didn't bother to respond. I gave up and went to American Express, who raised a claim against them and issued an immediate credit.

I have just received my order and I would like to compliment cheap suites on how quickly the item arrived and how well it was packaged to prevent damage. The product was packaged really well and my item is in perfect condition. I have ordered similar items from other online stores and they have arrived in poor condition due to poor packing. If only others followed your high standards.

Purchased bath, bath panels, basin/pedestal, toilet, taps, and chrome towel radiator/designer valves from Nationwide Bathrooms at very good prices. Communications about the status of my order were efficient and informative and the delivery was within a few days. The delivery driver helped check all the items and took away most of the packaging that could be removed. All in all a very pleasing experience. Would recommend them to anyone.

Nationwide Bathrooms offered the product I needed, at a competitive price. Their customer service was excellent; they called soon after I'd placed the order online to arrange delivery. The delivery arrived when it was supposed to. I had a follow-up query which was dealt with promptly and to my satisfaction. Recommended.

Great service, the driver was friendly and called before delivering. Very helpful and helped me lift a huge bath into my house. Staff was also extremely friendly and helpful called back when said they would. I also changed my mind and the process was so quick to swap and re-deliver. Big thank you to Mike who was efficient over the phone and made the process so easy would strongly be recommended this company.

They are unable to give a proper VAT invoice even after 3 phone calls (when you can actually get through!) and 2 follow up emails - just an email that HMRC doesn't accept. Took the risk of ordering from them as I had read the reviews, but we need an extra long shower arm, which they said was in stock. Of course it wasn't and had to wait 2 weeks for it, to the anguish of our plumber.So in summary...pretty useless.

Horrific. Do not use. All bad reviews are correct. Promise delivery date doesn't turn up. After 3 times being given a delivery date, told they do not deliver to my address. I had to ring them up to find this out and to get new delivery dates. Cancelled order in the end. No refund. Chased god knows how many times. Couldn't get through on the phone e. Emailed countless numbers of times. Finally given a date for my refund. Guess what no refund. Contacted my bank. They got my money back SCAM ARTISTS!Ordered my item through victoria plumbing. Class act.

Original order experience was good. The delivery partner lost two of the seven parcels. Customer support was relatively quick to respond, however, did not send the order to the requested alternative address. The second delivery did include the remaining lost parcels. Customer support was good at refunding two unwanted components of the large order during the resolution process.
