One of the worst McDonald?s we?ve been to. Told no sauce to go with the cheese dippers. Should have been told this whilst ordering and we would not have bothered. Then when asked what other sauce we wanted, told it would be 50p extra for sweet chilli. Unbelievable! Then told to park in car park as food wasn?t ready. Not one parking space so we, like others, had to ditch the car on the side of the road. Absolute carnage. Then pulled up in the Brewers Fayre opposite to eat it and it was awful. The chips and burgers were like cardboard. If you are driving through on a long journey, I would find a different one. Very poor.

What can I say it's a Maccie D's lol.
Busy times you might get an incorrect order so maybe check your order before leaving if taking away, and expect delays.
Parking: Only a few click and collect parking spots, during busy times it does get full. Drive thru gets really busy but there is on street parking too.
Kid-friendliness: It's Ok no soft play area like some of the bigger ones have.

Probably one of the most dysfunctional places I've ever visited. 15 minutes for 2 coffees at a quiet time. Excuse: "there is nobody on drinks at the moment" . But there were lots of people doing nothing! Never again.

Shocking service. Having ordered our food then travelling 6 miles home only to realise our order was short. I couldn't be arsed to drive back. I certain will not be going back because this is not the 1st time this has happened.

Constantly get Drive Thru orders wrong, fries aren?t tasty & salty, and they can?t stack up a burger or muffin straight to save their lives, but otherwise a typical McDonalds. Very clean though. Ladies who clean up and help out in the seating area are fab too - friendly, helpful and great with all the kids.

Yet again we had items missing from the delivery. It happens every time we order on the app. We had 3 items missing from the order at a cost of nearly £10. No way of reporting this on the app. When you call the restaurant they couldn't care less and direct you to uber eats. What the hell has the delivery company got to do with packing the order. It's simply down the sheer incompetence of the managers and staff in the kitchen.
Tried ringing uber and couldnt get through.
This issue is systematic of mcdonalds and it has to stop. We are being ripped off. I won't go there anymore, absolutely disgraceful customer service.

It's a McDonalds, you get what you expect food wise...Used the DriveThru and had the obligatory wait ? So by the time the mains had arrived the drinks were cold and the McFlurrys had melted - McCrispy and the melted Orange McFlurry were nice ?!
