I went to this McDonald?s today and placed an order through the drive through, we waited at the window for a while and then the person serving walked straight away without giving us chance to check. After driving away and checking I realised that my order was missing two items so had to go inside to get them. There was nobody on the counter and already some other people waiting so had to shout for someone to come. She was then very rude and asked what was missing and then went to get it and then slammed it on the counter and just walked away without saying anything or apologising for there being missing items.
This isn?t the first time this has happened this McDonald?s always misses items from orders

Went to the drive through last evening 3/1/25 @ 19.37 and a lady took our order.completly efficient but more important had the friendly welcome and tone so much lacking these days.
When taking our money she was so polite and friendly my husband and I both said together "what fabulous service with a smile".
Not saying that other staff hadn't but " Jean (we found out her name) had that extra and made
you feel valued as a customer.
We just want to say thank you to Jean.
Great Ambassador for the company...thank you Jean.

Over 1 hour of waiting for food. Breakfast turned into dinner. It?s beyond a joke. Also received no straws. We?ve had problems before and last time we called they put phone down. Extremely ignorant and don?t recommend.

I?ve had two bad experiences with this specific McDonald?s restaurant.
I ordered a lot of food to be delivered. After a long wait I received 1 small Cola. That?s it. Nothing else. Common sense should jump in here.
Another time, a couple of years ago, a member of staff I assumed was a manager, was being really rude to one of the delivery guys. He didn?t speak very good English but you could tell what he was saying. She was making out she couldn?t understand him. He was telling her something about an order he was picking up to take. She was leaning over to him and screaming in his face. When he left, she said something to another member of staff about him being stupid. Everyone was in disbelief. I wish I?d said something to her. It still irritates me to this day.

20 minutes for a cheese burger?. This is not fast food. All McDonald?s cares about is online orders not actual people coming into the restaurant. Ronald McDonald heres an idea get some more staff!

Genuinely got to be the worst maccies in the UK. Cold and dry no matter if you order in store or through delivery. Never ever give you sauces that you pay for. Can not stress how bad this Maccies is. Would rather pay £10 for somebody to punch my jaw off clean. 100x over. That?s right. I would rather spend £1000 on somebody knocking me out consistently 100 times, than simply going through thr gruel of asking for some warm food from an ACTUAL food restaurant. Don?t expect much from ordering a maccies. But warm and edible is minimum. Stairfoot maccies though. My goodness. Would have to pay me 100 food to eat from there again.

Long waiting times. Last time I was stuck waiting for happy meal for 20 mins. I?ve ordered shake today which I was waiting for 15 mins in a queue. Then ordered big tasty separately and 10 mins after having it done (approx 7 mins waiting time which is fine) I?ve opened it and it was cold. You need to work on few bits coz that?s not something I?d expect from well known restaurant chain. I go to McDonald?s to get tasty food quicker than 20 mins for simple not complicated meals.
