Everytime I order from old mill Lane mcdonalds they always get my order wrong. They clearly can't read that ive customised my order and they always send the wrong amount of drinks, mcflurrys or even send something ive not even ordered. Not a happy customer and they clearly need to get staff that can do there jobs properly or actually read and prepare the correct food.
I will NOT be ordering from them again!!!!

I thought McDonald's was a family friendly fast food restaurant! It's is non of the above. Rude lazy staff and they need to remove the word fast because it's slow and cold

Came on Christmas eve. Forgot big mac from order. Tried to ring as this stuff has happend before but they never answer. By the time we got there it was closed. Always forget food everytime

Run by slow people, I get half hour break, took 27 minutes waiting for me to get two chicken mayo burgers, someone got there order before me who had ordered after me and was a big order, only wanted two burgers what a joke I ate half of one and it was cold had no time to actually eat, what a joke.
