The only thing that let it down was that there were no reference images, menu options available to view at the drive thru. Which made ordering a bit more complicated for an infrequent visitor like myself.

Do yourself a favor dear kfc and try to retrain the staff especially the once that has 1 ear headphone, she has a terrible attitude, and awful character. On top of that it was bothering the only person who was working there.
I guess it was trying to impress. Please hiring so many unprofessional mean tenagers is not gone help this business ? for sure.
I had to gash the food , wings were cold fries cold she left outside the hearer for 5 min while pretending she was working . ( time frame 19:10/19:25 .
0 kfc i realized that in reality having bad staff helps people to stay healthy! Not so good for business but well it your fault?.

I went in for a Zinger Burger Meal with my Best Friend, before doing some shopping. The tables were clean and the service was very quick. XxX
Parking: There is Free Parking at the KFC, but there is plenty of other places to park if their Car Park is full. There is paid street parking, but I think it's expensive, so my advice is to use Home Bargains and Lidi's Car Park across the street. Just make a small purchase, and you get free parking. XxX
Kid-friendliness: As it's a KFC, it's obviously Kid-Friendly. XxX
Wheelchair accessibility: It's all on level ground with no stairs, and the pavement has dropped curbs, so it is disabled/wheelchair accessible. XxX

The broken window in the front door should have been a warning, the toilet was trashed and the floor was wet, the food came quickly, staff were fine, but the food was rubbish, I remember now why I rarely eat at KFC, chips/fries were soggy and barely warm, the chicken was dry, and 50% bone and gristle. A waste of money!

How difficult is it to put the correct food in the correct box? Just had delivery and food was all mixed up and dip missing. This has happened before and we gave the benefit of the doubt last time . Not worth it really, when people receive money they should provide the service that they're been paid for.

Ordered meal Fri evening for delivery.
Order arrived with chicken missing as well as can of coke . Contacted store only to be told we had to take issue up with delivery driver.!!
Obviously the driver has had a meal at our expense.
KFC your attitude stinks
