A little slow on the till(if you get one that actually works) smoke came off the first conveyer belt and then the second till(belt again) had a mind off its own and the poor girl on the till spent more time getting the belt to move than it took me to do my shopping. Otherwise a nice ,well spaced shop with plenty of choice (from family meals to single ones). The staff are quite funny too when things go wrong.

Ordered a delivery online for same day slot and then the order was marked as delivered when it wasn?t, called up and they said it will arrive tomorrow morning they?re running behind (why didn?t they inform me), then this afternoon i ring them they said it?s coming in the evening and it?s still not arrived. I beg someone at iceland cancels this order so i can place it at tesco.

Missing item from online delivery order, called store as requested and was told would be delivered next day. Waited for delivery but did not arrive.

My local shop for most stuff. Never very busy and there's usually same day delivery slots available and they are free. The earlier you go , the more chance you will have to get what you want as they don't have a massive store room. But it's only 2 minutes fro mine so it's no bother. Never had problems when getting refunds so all is good.
