Last week I went shopping there, one of the cashier staff said something inappropriate to my Mum and was really rude. I think the staff need training on how to develop some people skills when dealing with customers.

Alhambra branchA certain young lady, possibly a supervisor needs some customer training I'm afraid.Her whole demenour was negative. She was clearly angry in general and her body language showed this.I asked her a simple question where a food item was and she couldn't even be bothered to make eye contact or engage with me.After I walked away she muttered something under her breath........Poor shopping experience, I won't be returning!
