As usual no one was serving. I went in this morning to buy a £55 cannister of oil. I was the only person in the store. When I walked in, there was a staff member behind the counter but, hey presto, when I took my purchase to the counter, he'd gone. Not the first time this has happened. I waited, and waited but there wasn't a staff member to be seen. I'm a working man, I don't have time to be standing about on the off chance someone might turn up to serve me. In the end I left, frustrated and without the oil that I needed. I just don't understand the management at this place. How are we expected to give you money if your store is devoid of staff?

Went to size my son up for a new bike and Chris was super helpful. Nothing was to much for him and he was very keen and interested in making sure what we got was right. Best customer service I have experienced in a long time!

Went to halfords as I was lead to believe that halfords offered discounts to combat veterans with the defence discount card , how wrong was i , don't advertise you offer discounts to veterans when you don't , you embarrassed me at the till while pretending to care , it's just image washing and a smack in the face to decorated combat veterans , I won't use halfords again , not even for a 10p washer

Just lately, this store is becoming absolute rubbish with orders. In 2 weeks I've had 2 phone calls cancelling my orders due to incorrect stocking shown, and it was for very basic things that would usually be in store. Also when one order was canceled, they didn?t refund me and i had to put in a complaint to get my money back. Not sure why but they just need to get their act together.

Called in for a new battery for my Transporter , all fitted with no issues. Whilst there enquired about a new apple play head unit and was given exceptional advice by George - will definitely be returning for this fitting at a later date.
