Took our son to have his ears pierced today and Rose and Julia were absolute superstars! They talked him through every step of the process, even down to sensations and the smell of the alcohol wipe and put him right at ease.
Will be bringing our eldest son in a couple of weeks to have his done.

Myself and my husband to be visited h m Samual Barnsley store today to choose our wedding rings. Rose was absolutely fantastic! She helped us decide on which would suit my engagement ring better. She really took her time with both of us to decide on sizes and type of ring. She was really friendly and approachable. I was a little worried about how much time it would take for my husband to be?s ring to come back, as we had to order the size in and the wedding is in 4 weeks. Rose assured me that it would be back in time, which really put my mind at ease. Thank you rose for all the time you took with us today, it really meant a lot.

Just wanted to praise the customer service that I received from Stacey in H.Samuel, Barnsley today. I?ve used this shop a few times now and the staff are always very helpful. Stacey helped me to choose a great item today that I?d not seen on the H.Samuel website, and was also on sale. Highly recommended.

What an amazing experience! Julia went above and beyond for us
Looking for a present for my husband?s 30th and she helped us find the perfect gift. Even had it shipped from another store as it was the last one left! Over the moon! I can?t wait till he sees it because I know he?ll be so happy with his gift! Thank you Julia you were amazing!

The staff were lovely at Barnsley,Rose served me and went out of her way to help us as we were buying a wedding ring and tried quite a few on and it was absolutely no trouble for her .Jasmine was very chatty too, really lovely members of staff.

Very good experience in H.Samuel Barnsley. Went to purchase a new watch for myself, great customer service. Stacey was very helpful making the watch the current size before purchasing. Didn't rush me when browsing. Will be shopping here again.

I firstly visited the Barnsley store last August with my husband. Our daughter was getting married later that month. My late Dad left my hubby his gold watch but unfortunately had been sat in its box since 2017 as it wasn?t big enough for my hubby. So we decided to see iff we could possibly find a jeweller that could help us and a lovely lady called Rose went above and behond ringing around to see iff she get get the exact links to match the watch. Few days after we went back and Rose put the new links into the watch . Fitted perfectly. We were so happy that he could now wear it and to walk our Daughter down the aisle knowing that my Dad was also by her side.
We bought the kind lady chocolates and a card to show our appreciation. Thank you so very much.
Then a couple of weeks ago I went back for something for my daughters birthday and again same lady helped me find some earrings online and was delivered 2 days on at my home address.
Fantastic service and wonderful staff everyone of you.
